A: The new enrollee can set up their LRP any time before the following month or the month after they enroll.
A: Send us an email with your request to have the enrollment count for you. We will manually add the enrollment. However, the new enrollee will not be able to receive the DC incentive products from doTERRA. You will be responsible to get the incentive products to the enrollee. This information can be found under the Enrollment Incentives section as well as on the FAQ Training video.
A: In order to count as an enrollment, the enrollment must be entered within three business days of the event. For this enrollment to count, you would need to meet with the individual again and have their enrollment processed within three business days of that second meeting.
A: Yes, 70 percent of your monthly enrollments need to be from your organization with the remaining coming from any crosslines. This may include any guests your upline may have invited to your Diamond Club event. You would enroll the new enrollee with the Diamond Club promo code just the same as you would for someone enrolling within your organization. These individuals will count toward your Diamond Club points and monthly enrollment numbers as well receive the Diamond Club incentive.
A: The three business days start the first business day after the event. If an event is held on the weekend, the first business day is Monday. If an event is held on the last day of the month, the three business days would roll over into the following month. This information can be found under the Monthly Requirements section.
A: In order to be able to continue each month of Diamond Club, you must meet the monthly required enrollments. Excess enrollments from a previous month cannot roll over to count toward the following month’s requirements.
A: Yes. Diamond club participants are encouraged to have their spouse or partner added to their DC account and travel as part of Diamond Club. The maximum number of trips eligible does not change and is still six per account per month. This information can be found under the Events section.
A: No, only one of you is eligible for reimbursement. Both of you would be eligible if you travel to different areas to hold events. This information can be found under the Events section.
A: Travel to areas where you have at least one team member process a 100PV LRP order the month you travel there. Your team member must live in the immediate area that the event is being held. This information can be found on the website under the Requirements tab in the Events section.
A: You will need to enter your events within 24 hours after the event has transpired. Please be sure to include the names of your guest who attended your event in the notes section for that specific event.
A: In order for us to be able to legally reimburse you for the miles traveled to your event, we need a gas receipt. We are unable to legally reimburse you for mileage using a food receipt.

A: No, gas, food, lodging, and event space are not eligible for reimbursement in any situation. During the Diamond Club season, there will be some investment on your part. This information can be found under the Reimbursement section.
A: A gas receipt is required in order for us to be able to legally reimburse you $0.18 per mile you drive to and from a location. This information can be found under the Reimbursement section.
A: You can submit your reimbursement for each trip as soon as you finish your travel and you have your receipts that show proof of purchase. You can find the Reimbursement schedule under the Sponsors tab.
A: You are not eligible for reimbursement for a trip you do not actually take. This also includes trips canceled due to airline cancelation or weather related circumstances.
A: Your reimbursements get paid out with your monthly commission, normally around the fifteenth of the month. It is paid out as one check or direct deposit and not separately. You can find this information under the Reimbursement tab.
A: You must receive pre-approval from your Diamond Club Project Manager prior to renting a car. There are two steps you must complete to qualify for a rental car: Step 1: You must fly into an out-of- area location and hold a qualified Diamond Club event in the immediate area. You must also have a Wellness Advocate who resides in this immediate area who has processed a minimum single 100pv LRP order during the month you travel. An example would be if you fly into Denver, CO, and hold an event. In Denver, you must have a WA who resides in Denver and has processed a single minimum 100pv LRP order during the month you traveled. Step 2: Rent a car and travel at least 50 miles from the location. There, you must hold another qualified Diamond Club event and have someone who resides in the immediate area of the event location and who has processed the single minimum 100pv LRP order for the month. Using the same example from step 1: Rent a car and travel to Fountain, CO (84.5 miles) and hold a qualified DC event and I also have a Wellness Advocate who resides immediately in Fountain and has processed a 100pv LRP order during the month you traveled there.
A: If a promo code is forgotten contact your Diamond Club Project Manager and they will assist you.
A: A new promo code is provided prior to the start of each month. Each received promo code is specific for that months’ time frame. A previous month’s promo code will be disabled after the 3rd business day specific to the last day of the month.
A: In order for the promo code to work and generate the Diamond Club incentive(s) the order must be a minimum single 100pv enrollment order. If the order is less than 100pv the promo code will come up as “invalid,” the incentive will not be provided on the order and you will not receive Diamond Club credit for the enrollment.
A: During the overlap of the 3 business days at the end of the month going into the new month, you will have 2 active promo codes. You will use the promo code for the month that you want the enrollment to be counted in.
A: Yes. You are required to submit your Event-attendee list within 24 hours of the event. This should include the names of everyone in attendance of the event.
